Happy together
Join in! Our voluntary activities welcome new enthusiastic participants! Voluntary work is a fruitful way to participate, have influence, be active, and to give and receive help. Voluntary work means caring for another human being, doing things together and sharing responsibilities. Voluntary work gives your life meaning, joy of participation and satisfaction of being important to somebody else. Through the different activities you also make new friends.
Voluntary work is not work in the common sense; it is not designed to - and it never will - replace. Everyone, regardless of age, sex, profession or education, is welcome to join our voluntary activities. Your life experience is enough! Voluntary work builds on the knowledge and skills of ordinary persons. If you lead a stable life yourself, you may have the strength to give time and help to others.
We do not require any courses or exams; the will to help is all you need. We do, however, arrange introduction courses, and you are free to attend one of those, if you like. In some forms of voluntary work, a course will absolutely be of help to you. You decide yourself, how much time and effort you want to put in for voluntary activities.
